Industrial grade petroleum jelly is a solid hydrocarbon based grease with good lubricity, chemical stability, water resistance and corrosion resistance, and has a wide range of uses, mainly including the following:
Lubrication and friction reduction
Lubrication of mechanical equipment: under the condition of temperature not higher than 45℃ and not much load, it can be used as the grease of light load machinery to reduce the friction and wear between mechanical parts.
Lubrication of zipper and slide rule: it can effectively reduce the friction resistance of zipper and slide rule and make them slide more smoothly.
Protection and anti-corrosion
Metal antirust: It can be coated on the surface of metal products, metal parts and machinery to form a layer of protective film to prevent metal from rusting. For example, it is applied to corrosion-prone metal jewelry, non-stainless steel knives and gun barrels before storage.
