Plastic Processing: Fischer-Tropsch wax can serve as an internal and external lubricant for PVC, reducing processing torque and energy consumption, increasing extrusion speed, and enhancing the surface gloss of products. Rubber Industry: The high-purity straight-chain alkane structure makes it an excellent protective wax for rubber. When added to rubber products such as tires, it slowly migrates to the surface to form a dense film, effectively resisting ozone and cracking, significantly enhancing aging resistance and service life. It can also improve carbon black dispersion during mixing and reduce roll sticking.
