Wanted: Other services in Australia, Rockhampton

I need urgent Legal counsel for the Family Law Court. I have moved to the USA recently and planned to take my son with me. His paternal grandparents are trying to stop me. I cannot get legal aid, as I am not residing in Australia, and I don't have the funds for Legal Counsel. I have been trying to do it myself, but have no idea what I am to do next.
